The Shadow Game is an excellent and addictive new flash game that pays homage to games like N+ but with its own spin. In the game, the player controls a small hovering robot that sets about gathering stars to unlock the door to the next level.
The unique part of this game is the way it uses light. The game is presented through silhouettes that show you walls, guns, small crates and other level components. Most levels have a scout bot that moves around with a search light looking out for the player’s bot. If you move into the light, automatic turrets activate and destroy the player. (more…)

Tofu Hunter, on Adult Swim’s game website, is a fairly basic point-and-shoot hunting game, with a very unique and humorous twist – instead of hunting ‘normal’ animals, you are hunting tofu. It is apparently a funny little dig at vegetarians, who are always telling us that ‘meat is murder’. (more…)

Nob War: The Elves is a NobStudio game where you guide your elf army alongside your human and centaur allies across 19 levels. The unit you control directly is the elf army, which shoot arrows at a distance. You can summon your high defense human allies, who move slower than your elves but have a much higher defense, and will hold off enemies so you can shoot them. You can also summon centaurs, which will charge an enemy and stun them, which is useful against groups of enemy archers. (more…)

Radioactive Teddy Bear Zombies is yet another game from Adultswim.com. For those unfamiliar with Adult Swim, it is a popular block of adult cartoons on the Cartoon Network. The website offers dozens of free flash games that feature the same kind of irreverent humor that their cartoons showcase.
The theme of this game is about a town that becomes terrorized when nuclear waste turns stuffed animals at a toy factory into monsters. You play a young boy who is loaded to the teeth with weapons and on a mission to find his father, the town sheriff. (more…)

Break the Wall is not a song by Pink Floyd (The Wall), it’s a fairly simplistic action game. The premise is one of the most straightforward concepts that could be devised: you are a man running down a street, breaking walls that stand in your way. That’s really all there is to it.
There are no controls to the game to speak of; all that is required is the left mouse button, and a good sense of timing. The character runs at a constant rate of speed, and clicking the mouse at the proper time will result in the character punching through the walls of ice, allowing him to keep running. A failed attempt will result in the character smacking into the wall face first, and the game ending. Upon reaching the final wall, the character head butts it, and the game is over. (more…)
